Qualifications:

New construction and renovation/restoration engineering experience, including seismic evaluations of existing buildings.

Professional Engineer licenses currently held in the following states:

  • Arizona - P.E.
  • California - P.E.
  • Colorado - P.E.
  • New Jersey - P.E.
  • Pennsylvania - P.E.
  • . Idaho - P.E., S.E
  • New York - P.E.
  • Utah - P.E., S.E
  • Massachusetts - P.E.
  • Nevada - P.E.
  • Wyoming - P.E.
  

State-of-the-art analysis and design techniques using 3-D finite element modeling software, as well as design software for reinforced concrete , structural steel, cold-formed steel and foundations.

Experience in the structural application of the following building codes: IBC, UBC, FEMA and ASCE rehabilitation codes.

Structural Design experience with structural steel, reinforced masonry, reinforced concrete, wood, and light gauge steel buildings and other structures.

Experience in seismic, wind, snow, and special loading applications. Building lateral design utilizing shear walls, structural steel braced and moment frames.

Extensive experience in design of structures in high Sesmic and wind areas, in addition to alpine enviroments with high snow load and avalanche loading.

Personnel:

Joseph D. Crilly, P.E., S.E., MSCE, President. Over twenty-years experience in engineering and construction management. Engineering designs specializing in reinforced masonry, reinforced concrete, cold-formed steel design, wood framing, and structural steel design.

MirandaBrandon Dillon, BSCE, Project Manager. With over four years of engineering experience of wood structures in mountain communities.  Brandon has the engineering expertise to provide complete engineering services to clients on their wood construction projects.  In addition to his four years of engineering experience Brandon has two years of structural drafting experience.
